You're quarantined?! NOW WHAT? Eat a truffle.

Alright. Your classes are all moved online. You're supposed to limit your exposure to large groups. You are stuck. Inside. HELP.

Here's a yummy recipe you can make quickly that will help stave off some of the desperation to do something, anything, instead of nothing.

Quarantine Comfort Truffles

Time: 60 minutes

Makes about 40 truffles

What you need:

1 package of Oreos, (45 Oreos)

1 8oz of Cream Cheese

2 cups of Chocolate Chips

Food Processor

Microwaveable container

Wax Paper

What to do:

  1. Break up Oreos and grind in the food processor

  2. Slice cream cheese and add in slowly

  3. Mix thoroughly

  4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls

  5. Cover and refrigerate during step six

  6. Melt chocolate chips in a measuring container

  7. Dip the balls into melted chocolate

  8. Set on wax paper

  9. Put in fridge for 30 mins

  10. Enjoy with Netflix and a glass of milk
