Through my eyes: Sleep ...the prized, yet often elusive, possession.

It is getting to that time of the year when hours of sleep are few and far between. For you to stay on top of your health, your body needs sleep. If you don’t make time for sleep, it won’t happen (not to state the obvious).

Try getting yourself into the healthy patterns you want. Set a time for you to stop working on homework, put the screens away, and don’t have technology in your bed. This gets your mind in a pattern, so it is easier to fall asleep and the quality of sleep you get is better. Test yourself; try It for a week and see if you notice any changes.
