Hogs for Hearts
Delta Theta Sigma (DTS) hosted a philanthropy event on March 23, 2017 in support of the American Heart Association. The Hayes family has been roasting hogs for over thirty years and Daniel Hayes wanted to show his support, so he convinced his family to donate pulled pork for the cause.
This event was open to all students and the fraternity only asked for a 5-dollar donation in exchange for joining in and enjoying the pulled pork, buns, beans, BBQ sauce, and chips. Several CFANS and specifically ApEc/AFBM students attended the event and participated in the festivities. It was amazing food, great company, and a fantastic break from school on a Thursday afternoon.
